Can i use this mill for grains?

My brother in law found this mill and I was wondering if I can use it for milling grains. It's got an adjustable grinder and its in pretty good shape. It's really heavy cast iron.

Put some 2-row in and spin the handle. If it gives you a nice crush, then yes!
