I have a dual body secondary regulator, one of the gauges is messed up on it. Could I take the good regulator with the good guage and make it a single guage primary regulator? Can I buy the part that would allow it to screw onto a co2 bottle?

You should be able to buy the fitting at a local welding supply business. It could be either straight or reverse thread in the regulator so be sure to remove what ever is in there first so that you know. Without seeing the regulator it is hard to say if it can be used as a primary, but I would guess yes. What pressure range are the gauges that are on it?

Copy the manufacturers information off the gauge and call Ben at kegconnection.com (contact info is on the website) you should be able to get a new gauge for a couple bucks. That way you still can run dual pressures. Or if you want to get rid of one body, they can set you up with the appropriate fittings, even mix and match stuff like the connecting post between my regulator bodies that was RH on one end and LH on the other and had to be custom milled. Ben had it to me in less than a week for less than what I usually spend on lunch for a day.

Look on the back for the maximum inlet pressure. Secondary regulators rarely go over 160 psi, whereas a primary can handle 3000.
