I brewed my first batch 2 weeks ago using a Belgian Pale Ale extract kit. The fermentation really died down after 3-4 days and I dry hopped with 1 oz. of Cascade hops after 10 days. The airlock is not bubbling at all right now. Can I go ahead and bottle? I'm anxious to get to the end result of my first batch :D

Have you taken a hydrometer reading? Are you planning to secondary? I am guessing you are probably good to bottle though. Don't rush. The beer will be much better after aging for 4+ weeks in the bottle.

Take a hydrometer reading and write it down - if it's the same tomorrow, you're good to go. Just make sure you give your bottles as long as you can stand to condition! At least three weeks for a "regular" beer is a good starting point. In the mean time, grab another bucket, airlock, and a kit, and brew again!

Happy brewing. :)

Get a hydrometer and make sure the FG is where it should be. If fermenter was in a cold place, it may not be finished, just stalled. An hydrometer reading would tell you if there is a possible problem.
