we brewed a table beer that i'd love to can condition but want to see if anyone has any tried and true processes for this. would like to hit that 3 volumes per can without them exploding. any help is appreciated!

The secrtet to avoiding cans exploding is to not exceed their pressure rating. For example, 3 volumes at 68F would see about 35.5 PSIG.

Aluminum cans hold pressure for soda, which is carbed much higher than 3 volumes. But those are factory-sealed on production line equipment, so no idea if homebrew canners will yield the same strength. YMMV.
