Should I add adjuncts that have been gelatinized in a cereal mash with my grains when calculating strike water? Given that they are gelatinized, I doubt they will absorb more water.
I have 2 pounds of corn and rice and 6.5 pounds of base. I was planning on using 2.25 gals of strike. Am I right?
