Cahills' Porter Cheese

I found some of this at the grocery store tonight, it's an Irish cheddar with porter. It looks like a white cheddar with dark brown veins in it. No idea what porter is used in it, but it has a pretty nice taste to it, a moderately sharp cheddar with a bitter beery finish.

I had a couple pieces and felt the urge to pour a mug of my own porter, which I'm drinking right now. Rockin'! :rockin:
