Bottled my first batch today, had a siphon hose about 3-4 feet long, filled it with c brite to get siphon going. Forgot to drain it before moving beer to into pan with sugar water in it before bottling. How screwed up will the beer be?

Hmmm. C brite is chlorine based, is it not? If this was a 5 gallon batch, it probably won't hurt you... but it will likely harm the beer's flavor and whatnot.
