I have been modifying a side by side frigidaire into a kegerator/fermentation chamber. The left side (freezer) is the kegerator and the right side (frigerator) is the fermentation chamber. I have wired it bypassing both the freezer and refrigerator thermos and using a Love TSS2 dual probe to control the compressor and the damper. I want to have the ability to get the temps in the right side to match those on the right and planed on using a pc fan to do this. My question is, should I just bypass the adaptive defrost circuit board and go directly to the compressor or is it necessary to keep th adaptive defrost. I have read that some people do not like having the adaptive defrost due to the temp swings but is it really that much?

If I should bypass the adaptive defrost can someone take a look at this schematic and give me some pointers how to hook up the TSS2?

Bump... Anyone have any experience with adaptive defrost and if it's necessary for a refrigerator that should not hit freezing temps?
