You can build one in one day a lot cheaper than buying one of those in websites. Even cheaper if you get a CL used freezer.

I was going to build one . By the time I priced everything I figured the extra money spent would be worth my time . I was afraid to drill through a fridge. I couldnt find a used fridge the size I wanted . New one was close to 220$. Add the co2 bottle, regulator lines , taps, faucets, clamps it was a no brainer for me. For 600$ I bought a keg king kegerator. It's very solid with a tower fan and big temp adjustment to ferment as well. Good luck !

Check your local craigslist and facebook sale groups. People are always buying the generic one tap kegerator and then selling them off after they burn through a CO2 tank because they decided it wasn't worth cleaning the lines and dealing with refilling the CO2 tank. Usually you can find them for a fraction of the cost there. Check around after the World Series when that first CO2 tank from a Christmas purchase runs out after drinking through the World Series and the start of football. You can swap out the tower and taps for a two tap system if you have corny kegs.
