Buying a Mill

So I want to make the switch to all grain and I wanted to know where is the best place to buy a mill. I want a barley crusher 15lb and I wanted to know where the best place to get one would be? I am not opposed to used either.

There is a small crusher on craigslist right now. I think it is in maryland but let me try and find the link if you want it.
