It all started at about 2:00PM.. i cam up with the idea to brew a batch of scotch ale. I went and bought the ingredients and decided I should buy some more Canadian Lager ingredients. When I got home I racked my first Lager of the year to secondary. Then I brewed the scotch ale now I'm boiling the Canadian Lager. Good productive day!!!
