So I just got done boiling my wort for a lovely saison, hooked up my immersion chiller, turned it on, glanced away for 2 seconds....without realizing that the output hose was directly over my hand.....OUCH! So, thankfully, I didn't hurt myself too badly, but have a nice mild throbbing to my right pinky, and it feels like a slight sunburn. Could've been much worse....be careful out there!
