Bulk Grain buy Eastern Nebraska/Western Iowa and how to?

I would like to organize one for the Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs Area. I know there are a couple homebrew clubs in the area. I've never organized one before. Will companies sell to homebrew clubs? I know cargill has said they won't right on their website.

Can anyone PM me with a contact for purchasing in bulk?

Also, if anyone in eastern Nebraska, or western Iowa would like to get in on a bulk grain buy, please post on here, or PM me. Also, if you would want to take it over, that would be fine.
