As promised in my new conical thread, I am part way through the "build of the beast", my penny pinching single tier 10 gallon rigg.
I started with a small short metal table that I liberated from the neighbors big trash pickup and got a couple of broken commercial bread racks from behind a grocery store to cut brace material from. Both myself and neighbor did the welding using a $160 harbor freight welder(what a piece of cr@p). wheels were $18 total from HF. At this point let me say that I'm a packrat and haven't moved in 20 years so alot of the stuff I used was just laying around the shop or garage I can't get my car in. I cut burner holes in the top of the table and used the holes to mount the burners to suspended from threaded rod so I could adjust the height once I tested it. I welded locater tabs to the table top to keep the pots from shifting and falling off the table or through the burner holes. Fuel lines are soft copper using needle valves for fuel control. there is a common manifold with a single hi pressure regulator to feed the manifold. Eventually the keggle will go and be replaced with another 50qt SS pot. the CFC will sit on the ground as will the pump(s) untill a get a chance to see how hot it gets under the stand. propane and O2 bottle will be mounted to a hand cart altered to hold both of them tight and prevent tip overs. The low build of the stand should help reduce tip over hazards and eliminate any need of step stools. the build is still in process so any comments are welcome. Beirmuncher I'm not trying to steal your street cred here. It's ugly but functional and at this point has cost less than $500 including two pumps. ah beer you should be boiling soon.

on one end is morebeer's thermowell and other two ends are a QD

yes. I had to cut and reweld down to 2" I believe they are 6" to begin with
