Hi everyone-

I'm a total beginner too, though I've been lurking here through my first two batches. Right now the first of them - an oatmeal stout with maple syrup - is in secondary and the second - a DFH-ish (I hope!) brown ale - just started bubbling in primary. Thanks already for the help you've unknowingly given me!
