I've tried a different hose, I have replaced all the o-rings, I don't know whats going on now. But every time I try to pour a glass the line fills up with bubbles and I get a glass of foam.
Any suggestions?

Beer is a belgian quad.
Carbed at 12psi for a week +.

Maybe something in the disconnect or the pick up tube. I assume you are pouring at 12psi too?

My guess would be CO2 breaking out of solution, however you should probably clamp the ends of your lines.

Start with clamps. Check/replace dip tube o ring. Make sure keg liquid post is tight. Take apart quick connect and clean. May have to replace it if none of the above work.

This happened to me very recently. It was overcarbonation causing the beer to degas as it hit the beer line. I also had a dodgy post poppet that was replaced at the same time.

I vented the keg and repressurized to 10psi and left it for a week. It was fine after that.

Really good chance this is a missing or damaged O-ring under the long dip tube flange.
Either that, or the beer post is atop the gas dip tube and vice versa...

Cheers!

If an outer seal (o ring) is letting in air then there will be a beer leak that I hope the OP would spot. The flies would be a clue :)

In my case the bubbles were very small like in a beer head and only being formed while the beer flowed through the line.

I had this problem and it was because i taped the temperature sensor of the stc1000 to a keg but that let the fridge air and lines warm up and the temperature difference was contributing to the problem. Put the sensor in air and it helped.

Also applying a bit of food safe lubricant to the keg orings associated with the liquid post helped.
