Brown sugar

Anyone use brown sugar for bottling. Have 4oz of corn sugar but need 5 oz. was going to add 1 oz of brown sugar. Any issues with this ?

I've never mixed it to bottle but I've used brown sugar straight up. It takes a little more to reach your CO2 volumes but its worked for me. I don't see any problems mixing it. Sugar is sugar to a point.

Such a small ratio, go for it.

I don't know the style you are bottling, but unless it is very light, I doubt you would notice.
