Alrighty, so i'm working on a recipe for my next beer. It's going to be a hazelnut, chestnut brown ale.
I've never brewed with hazelnuts or chestnuts before. I was thinking of adding them on the last boil right at the beginning and keeping them in there almost a whole hour.
Any thoughts/recommendations?
