Brewing with flower?

I've tasted a beer with hibiscus flower and it was delisious. Someone have idea of flower to use?

I brewed an IPA this past summer with Dried Jasmine Flowers. I was going for something along the lines of Elysian's Avatar Jasmine IPA. http://www.elysianbrewing.com/beer/avatar.html

It came out pretty good. A few things I would do different next time though.

I made a tea by steeping in hot water and adding it at bottling. It was 2oz hibiscus per gallon beer. Not that my ratio is the definitive one.
