I'm brewing the beer that I made before I left for a year. Warbler Pale Ale. It's an extract kit but a damn good one and I can't think of an easier beer to make (plus I'm not that good yet) so it's on for today.
That Grand Cru looks friggin great! What yeast are you using for the pale ale?
