Brewing software for MAC

Looking into brewing software for MAC. I've seen BeerSmith and Beer Tools has Mac versions. Is one better than the other? Maybe there's one really cool one out there that I don't even know about!
I want to start putting together my own recipes, I'm hoping this will help.

Beersmith2. Not perfect, but has a huge following (and forum), is well-supported, has a mobile version, and issues regular software updates/patches.

Brewtarget was a neat Mac alternative for awhile, but doesn't seem to be supported anymore. The last thing you want is to get started with a package and then lose compatibility with the next release of Mac iOS.

There are a few other "online" platforms (brewers friend comes to mind) that some folks like, but I'm not ready to have all my brewing trapped in the cloud that requires internet access. Just me though.

I use https://www.brewersfriend.com so that I can mess with recipes anywhere. But BeerSmith is really good, have not used Beer tools.
