Hello all,
I am new to brewing but have done weeks of reading and research on the process.
I have purchased all my equipment and have decided to jump right in and do a partial mash Murphy's Irish Stout clone.
I have my yeast starter going and will be brewing this weekend.
I also have a 75/25 beer gas cylinder and a stout faucet.
My question is what length of 1/4" beer line should I use and at what pressure should I serve it? Also is force carbonation necessary?
I have read so many articles on this that my head is spinning.
Anybody here have some practical experience that might help me figure it out?
Don't want to pour a bad beer ya know!
Thanks
