Today I brewed four gallons of porter for my swmbo and checking my brew log I found that after 16 months of brewing I have now made 150 gallons of brew. What started out as an experiment with a Mr Beer kit has now moved into one of my favorite hobbies. I just want to say thanks to everyone that has answered my questions and given me excellent advice. Now I have been doing all grain brewing for the last 5 months and will be kegging for the first time next weekend.
Thanks again to all of those that have given me advice and so patiently answered my questions.

PS: Decided to try a new way to try to separate the hops from the wort prior to pitching yeast. Bought a few simple screening items from the dollar store, soaked them in Starstan and was able to keep much of the hops from the brewing bucket.
