Hey everyone,

I have been a member for a long time, just haven't had/needed a chance to post. But now I have my new all grain system I made, I was torn between the single level pump system and the three tier gravity system. Well gravity won out, because I felt it was easier to clean, and also It was the way I wanted do it.

I made the three tier stand with 3 burners, I figured why not I could at least use the middle burner for something quick, plus the wife likes to can why bend over when it's not needed.

Any ideas for additions? Let me know I'm always looking for improvement!

I have a couple pic's of my before setup and after, I should be about ready for my first all grain tomorrow! I have watched many videos, and seen many different techniques, Please let me know if you have some good knowledge to spare! :mug:

Welcome! I grew up as a kid in the Somerset area off the Cosumnes river, Placerville was "going to town" for us... I hear it has grown up a lot since then of course.

You look to have a nice set up there. I BIAB myself, but appreciate a nice multi tier set up like you have.

Happy brewing!

Thanks! I live on the south east side of Pville, Somerset is only 10 minutes away. We really enjoy all the local wines of the area.

I really enjoy Placerville, great beers and great wines!
