Hello, My name is Jerry. I am a amateur brewer (and speller). I have made one batch successfully , and I am on the second stage with my second batch. My wife got me into this hobby and I have thanked her ever since. My goal is to get away from "beginner kit type" stuff and start making some from scratch. I hope people on this forum are open to questions because I have a lot of them. Well hope to talkt to you guys soon.

I am up here in Bar harbor. I am on my 6th batch since August. I am just about to start making partial mashes myself. I want to get to a local home brew store sometime, the closes't to me being Bangor. I just read in the BDN today that they had a contest! Wish I had known about that.
