brewing fresh from the garden scottish hops.

Anyone who does not think you can grow hops in scotland. About to brew these fresh picked from my garden goldings hops into this. It's the plants 2nd year and i already have 300g of dried and vac packed hops in my freezer from it and i still have about this again up pick.


Grain bill:
4kg golden promise pale ale malt
750g flaked oats
500g cara red malt
300g medium crystal T50
250g wheat malt
20g caramunic malt

Yeast mangrove jacks m66.

300g of this fresh goldings. Prob add 25g of pellet for the hour boil for bittering.
