I'm considering the basic unit for controlling a single vessel recirculating system, the costs are similar to a decent PID and it does more.

If you own one what is your opinion of the unit?

Reliability, functionality, and so on?

Thanks for your thoughts Gents.

Nope just valves and tubing swaps. One great thing is you can upload a recipe via your network. Once you do that you can set a delay so when you get up in the morning it is ready to brew. The second thing is it pauses the mash steps between steps

In the short term I've decided to go with a locally sourced ramp/soak PID but one with RS485.

Shipping and import duty push up the price of the BT.

Thanks. All. Aamcle
