Sorry here is a random question. Due to space restrictions and keeping the spouse happy, I have been storing my wine in the garden shed for now. I have 4 different batches of wine in secondary right now... So my question is would this be a problem with temperature changes? Is that why my hard cider and mead is still hazy?
Thanks for any input !

Temp changes should not effect the hazy ness unless it is just the fact that the fermentation is not over and your yeast are swimming around.

More likely in "Cyser" or mead with cider added, the issue can be pectic haze or just a stubborn honey. I have found some honeys just do not clear well or quickly. If fermentation is well over it may be worth it to put a double dose of pectic enzyme in. Give it another 30 days and if still not clear then mix up some bentonite and add that to clear it out.
