Hey HBT! I'm TuffaloDeac10; I'm from Buffalo, and I am a Demon Deacon (class of 2010)! SWMBO got me a midwest supplies kit for Christmas and I've successfully bottled an Irish red ale, have a Kolsch sitting in primary (three weeks now) and am looking forward to brewing a Munich dunkel sometime soon. All this brewing is hopefully going to benefit my amateur BBQ team and/or serve as important practice for opening a bbq joint one day.

You're def in the right place! We also have foodie forums, including smoke cooking (BBQ),sausage making, chees, etc.
I like using an English bitter with bbq, even make a mop sauce out of it! IPA's go good with seafood & herbed bbq'd chicken. Have fun here!:mug:

Welcome!!! I'm new to brewing 1 week, but no stranger to a smoker myself (even though I'm from the north). Need any BBQ tips let me know.
