Brand new brewer from the Northwoods

Hey guys, Kyle here. I'm from NE Wisconsin and just recently got in to home brewing.

Over the summer I tried my first brew of a bottle of mead. Hasn't turned out so well but I learned from it and I'm making the switch to Beer; something I will get a lot more use out of

I'm still very new to this but I've been looking for a new lifetime hobby and I think I found it. I plan on being a very active member here, as you all seem great and easy to get along with.

welcome aboard, the good news about this lifetime hobby is you can pick it up and put it down whenever you want, equipment is pretty cheap (compared to my other hobbies it definately is), and most people that take part are willing to share info and brews (so far all I've met are, but theres got to be one or two out there that dont).
