I’ve made 36 five gallon batches of various beer so far with a couple of flops and several successes. Now, I’m wanting to try Jamaican style ginger beer with fermentation. There are so many variations posted on-line via the Internet, but they vary so wildly that I haven’t found a tried and true version. If anyone knows of a good recipe (5 gallons?) for bottling, I would appreciate their time and share.
