I just graduated college and am about to begin my single tier herms build. I've brewed a couple times with friends and have really enjoyed it, so it's time for me to build my own. I figured why bother with the intermediate steps so I'm going to skip straight to all grain. As soon as I start my own build-thread, I'll post the link below.
