Bottom Draining Kettle Options

If this is a concern add a side pick up and use the bottom drain for cleaning only. I had a kettle with the bottom drain a side pick up and whirlpool return. It's one extra bulkhead valve and elbow.

@sicktght311 - there is a good chance you have this resolved by now but I just saw this morning that Spike is planning on bottom drain vessels:

I'm definitely interested but I imagine they will cost more than I'm able to justify.
