Ok, it's been a while since I have bottled. What do you use? Priming sugar or DME? How much do you use for a five gallon batch? I used to use priming sugar, 2/3 cup boiled in 1qt ow water for five minutes to sanitize. What say you?

And crunch it all in. I just use table sugar to prime and it works fine.

Use the weighed amount of sugar in 2C of water boiled a couple minutes. Stir in the sugar 'til it goes clear again. Cover & cool till racking the beer into the bottling bucket. Pour priming solution into rising column of beer.
