I just finished bottling my first batch of beer , a Lagered Brown Ale. I've been told to keep it at around room temp for bottling.

Is there such thing as too cold?

due to space constraints I'm keeping the beer in a cooler in the garage I have some ice in there because it gets hot out here and the garage isnt air conditioned.

I'm going to try to keep a good 65-75 degree temp range but with the ice bath its going to drop quite a bit.

Will i hurt the beer doing this?

65-75 should be fine

Lower than that will take longer to carb. Higher than that may cause off-flavors.
