Hi all,
I've been reading the forums for a while but this is my first post. I tried searching for an answer to my question but couldnt find a clear answer.
I've got a batch of apfelwein that's been sitting in the carboy for just over 4 weeks so I'm starting to think about bottling it. I've read that some people like it carbed and others like it still. My question is how to bottle it still. Do I just fill it as usual (without priming sugar obviously) and cap it? Do I need to worry about oxidation?
Thanks!
