Brewed this batch on the 23 of Nov and bottling today. The question is do I want to carbonate at 70deg or put i 60 temps to carbonate drinking right away is not a must thanks in advance.
 
That makes more sense....

And it really doesn't matter...but if it is under 70 degrees it's going to take longer.

But really for bottles, carb temp doesn't matter except in regards to the length of time it takes to carb and condition. That is unless you are trying to carb in the fridge, or near your yeasts' dormancy temp..then you won't carb at all while the beer is cold.
