Well I will be bottling my first brew this upcoming weekend. It will hit 3 weeks in the primary and I will bottle it straight out of the primary and let it sit in the bottles for another 2 weeks. My fermentation was complete after 1 week but i let it sit for an extra 2 weeks in the primary.
I need some help trying to get organized for this event.
Do I need any of those filler attachments? I have a ported BB so I have a spigot and i have a tube I could use...How do I correctly fill the bottles?
Also, how do I clean the bottles prior to using them, whats the best way to sanitize them as well. Do I need to let them air out after star san? or can I just pour into the foam like i did with the primary.
I will be using Carbonation Drops, i am assuming i dont need to sanitize those. Do I just drop them into the bottle after i fill it and cap it?
