I just purchased a stainless steel conical fermenter. What are my options for bottling/carbonating? I plan on putting some of the beer in kegs but would also like to bottle a good amount since I like sharing with friends, designing labels, etc. How would you recommend I bottle (and carbonate those bottles) and what options are out there? I do have the CO2 tank but this will be my first shot using my new fermenter and I've heard a bunch of differnet suggestions on how I should carbonate and bottle/keg....
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You do like you do when using any fermenter, if you plan on bulk priming, you transfer it to a bottling bucket over priming solution and bottle from there.

If you are using carbonation drops, perhaps you could dump your trub and fill them from the conical adding the requisite number of tabs to the bottles as you go.
