I have a Kolsch fermenting at the moment. I'll be lagering it for 2-4 weeks after it's done but I'm confused as to what to do then. I'm assuming after lagering I'd bottle and prime it and then store it for a while at room temp? to carbonate it ... is that correct? I know I could probably lager it in the bottle either but if so should I prime it first. I think ideally i'd lager it and then prime it but tbh I'm a nubie.
How long would it need to carb up or it is the same for any beer - wondering how much yeast would be left in suspension.
