You have to use new ones. Buy them at any homebrew shop or online.

+1 buying the caps from a home brew store, either on-line or brick and mortar. Another great place to look, (if you have patience) is ebay. I bought 500 caps a year ago for a song. Since I keg and only bottle occasionally, I haven't even made a dent in them.
