Hello, I recently got my brother to start brewing again after a 12 year layoff. Now I have unleashed the green monster. He was talking crazy today about adding alge to the beer to make it green. He is the Tim Wakefield of brewing. Well, we made a Bruins Beatdown Bock that was quite tasty and now we are fermenting an Irish American Stout.:rockin:
