Hey,
So I have now brewed 5 different extract kits with some success. I want to move more towards creating my own recipes. I have been playing around with Beer Calculus but I feel like I don't know the tastes the different grains give. I have read Chuck P. but he only talks about the taste of a few different specialty grains. Any recommendations on a reference that could help with flavor descriptions so I hopefully will not create a wretched brew?
