I am interested in upgrading my brewing setup and want to go to a conical/unitank. I want to use it for primary fermentation, carbonation, secondary fermentation and as a bright tank of sorts. The final beer I will then like to transfer to kegs.
Does anyone know of any books/reference material that focuses on brewing from this angle?
