Boil in Bag?

i have a 7.5 gal brew pot; and was wondering exactly how to do the boil in bag method.? i was reading allot of different things and none gave me a clear way to do it ???

any help would be appreciated.

Ive heard of BREW in a bag, which is where you mash the grain in a bag...

Never heard of BOIL in a bag... that sounds dangerous.
