Blichmann Leg Extensions: Holes on Outside?

No, I was kind of curious about the same thing... wheels of some sort?
I hadn't even noticed those down on the bottom! There's the bottom oblong holes as well as some round holes further up. I'm planning to mount a chugger pump bracket on my leg extensions but am wanting to be sure that there isn't something that I'm missing - i.e. some bracket or another that is designed for the existing holes.
