Really do wish my Blichmann 14.5 gallon conical had gallon markings. Preferably on the inside. Why? Based on the time of year, moisture in the air, boil, etc I don't always end up with the desired projected post boil amount of wort. Having the markings inside the conical would greatly simplify things.
In lieu of markings, what is the gallon amount of the first indentation?
What is the gallon amount filled to the top of the base (in other words without the dome lid attached)?
