I tried a search, but alas my Search-fu is somewhat lacking (old fart am I)

I've decided to do go with theelecbrewry . com set up. For folks that have looked at the comparison of Blichman to Stout, I'd be curious to get your feedback.

Stout tanks can be custom ordered so you don't need to modify them. They will cost most $ than Blichman. The beer will taste the same from both.

It's really just a matter of preference imo.

I spent a month trying to get a hold of Stout. I tried email, facebook, contact form, no response. I finally took my business elsewhere, and made my own brewing kettles from 25 and 35 gallon pots.

The people who look at stout usually want Tri-Clamp. The electricbrewery/Blichman use weldless and threaded fittings.

If you plan to follow theelectricbrewers build, I wouldn't bother with stout. If you want a Tri-Clamp build then go with stout.
