Hey all! I have decided to purchase a 10 gallon BrewEasy and I need a little help. I originally planned on getting a gas turnkey system. I am now starting to consider getting the electric turnkey system. Can anyone give me some advice on the gas vs electric? Appreciate all advice!:mug:

This will be a hodge-podge of opinions in one post. I'm brewing and drinking at the moment. So bear with me.

With electric, you can brew inside. With gas, you cannot without some pretty serious ventilation. Plenty of people sing electric's praises for good reason. It works, it's quiet. Of course, you may need a 220 hookup (not sure if Blichmann uses the higher voltage. As far as gas goes, if you are talking natural gas, then there are benefits for sure. I have a pair of Blichmann TOP controllers and they are excellent. If you would be using propane, I'd go electric.
