I had a phenomenal tasting cider recently that I'd like to recreate but one aspect of the taste I'm not sure how to hit.
The cider was Elemental's Blackberry Cobbler. Normally the flavors taste distinctly like spice additions but this one actually that a nice cinnamon graham crust flavor to it making it actually have a cobbler flavor.
Any ideas how to nail that crust flavor without it tasting like just a blend of spices?
